Job Responsibilities
- Performing 360 degree consultant by maintaining and developing strong client relationships; providing excellent customer service and superior candidate profiles.
- Pitching new business and cultivating long-term, trustworthy relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Getting to know key players in your industry and building strong professional networks to find suitable candidates.
- Using sourcing strategies, cold calling, and networking tools to identify and recruit passive candidates.
- Consult with a large network of candidates who have immediate and long-term career needs.
- As the primary negotiator and closer of selected candidates, you will advise hiring managers during the assessment and evaluation of candidates.
Experience Requirements
- 4+ years relevant work experience in IT recruitment consultant;
- Performed 360 degree recruitment consulting to IT positions and clients;
- Proven track record and passion in building recruitment careers;
- Knowledge of People Management Skills;
- Good Negotiation skills;
- Time Management and Planning;
- Good English Communication skills (written and verbal).
