Job Responsibilities

  • Performing 360 degree consultant by maintaining and developing strong client relationships; providing excellent customer service and superior candidate profiles.
  • Pitching new business and cultivating long-term, trustworthy relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Getting to know key players in your industry and building strong professional networks to find suitable candidates.
  • Using sourcing strategies, cold calling, and networking tools to identify and recruit passive candidates.
  • Consult with a large network of candidates who have immediate and long-term career needs.
  • As the primary negotiator and closer of selected candidates, you will advise hiring managers during the assessment and evaluation of candidates.

Experience Requirements

  • 4+ years relevant work experience in IT recruitment consultant;
  • Performed 360 degree recruitment consulting to IT positions and clients;
  • Proven track record and passion in building recruitment careers;
  • Knowledge of People Management Skills;
  • Good Negotiation skills;
  • Time Management and Planning;
  • Good English Communication skills (written and verbal).
