 Job Description:

Description of Basic Work

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals and expand the company's customer network
  • Motivate and motivate the sales team, ensuring sales goals are achieved
  • Prepare business results reports, be responsible for the accuracy of reports before BOD
  • Evaluate the level of competition and forecast industry changing trends affecting sales activities, to have appropriate response plans
  • Expand your network of customers, partners, suppliers...find opportunities to maximize value from those relationships
  • Build and develop training programs and sales guidance for new sales staff

Necessary Requirements

- Around 10 20 years experience

- Good knowledge of W&D, CC (Charges Collect) and able to deal with medium and big size companies, complicated projects.

- Good at English (Chinese/ Korean would be an advantage)

- Good at communication, presentation and able to work in international working environments.

- Creative at work and good at problem solving skills.

- Dynamic, enthusiastic, hardworking and have a mindset of target achievement.

- Have positive mind and willing to go out for visiting and dealing with customers

- Analytical and problem solving skills
