About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize Marketing Cloud solutions that drive engagement and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions (e.g., Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio).
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support campaign setup, execution, and optimization to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct troubleshooting, testing, and quality assurance for Marketing Cloud implementations.
- Provide best practices and recommendations on Marketing Cloud usage to improve customer engagement.
- Document processes, configurations, and solutions as part of project deliverables.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of email marketing concepts, automation, and customer journeys.
- Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and Marketing Cloud scripting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) required.
- Knowledge of other Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM Analytics) is a plus, but not mandatory.
- German language skills an advantage, but not required.
