The department delivers innovative products and services to frontline staff working on over 6,000 projects throughout every Region and Global Practice. Our teams support and enable Bank priorities, boost operational efficiency and effectiveness, and facilitate Operational knowledge discovery. Our delivery model leverages global expertise, design and architecture, leading technology, and robust processes to deliver business solutions that ensure value for money.
- Master's degree in data science, statistics, information systems, or a related field with five (5) or more years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree in a related field with seven (7) or more years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in data and statistical analysis, with a focus on generating actionable outcomes.
- Working knowledge of analytical languages such as SQL or Python.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Excel for dashboard development and reporting, including experience designing and implementing RLS roles within Power BI datasets or semantic models using DAX filter expressions (e.g., USERPRINCIPALNAME() or USERNAME()) and validating roles prior to deployment.
- Proven ability to translate content, metrics, and feedback into actionable outcomes and practical insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across all organizational levels and with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- SAFe Agile certification is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and deliver results in a dynamic, Agile setting
