Senior ServiceNow Functional Consultant

Digitall is looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Functional Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, design ServiceNow solutions, and support the successful implementation of platform capabilities. You will help optimize business processes, provide functional expertise, and ensure that ServiceNow solutions deliver maximum value to our customers.
This is your job:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions aligned with organizational goals and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to gather, document, and validate functional requirements.
- Design and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, catalogs, and dashboards to support business processes.
- Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations with customers and internal teams.
- Provide functional expertise across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, or other platform capabilities.
- Create and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support solution design reviews and ensure alignment with ServiceNow platform standards and governance.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect resolution.
- Advise customers on process optimization and ServiceNow best practices to maximize platform value.
- Participate in project planning, estimations, and delivery activities within Agile or hybrid project environments.
- Provide training, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support to business users and administrators.
- Stay current with ServiceNow product releases, new features, and industry trends.

Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Functional Consultant (5+years experience), Business Analyst, or a similar ServiceNow-focused role.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and core modules, particularly ITSM and related workflows.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and IT service management processes.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or other iterative delivery methodologies.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience supporting UAT, process design, change management, and user training activities.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and CIS-ITSM are preferred.
- Additional ServiceNow certifications such as, CIS-CSM, CIS-HRSD, or CIS-SPM are considered an advantage.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
- German language skills are considered a strong advantage.
- Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
