As Partner Marketing & Business Development Manager, you will translate our strategic partnerships into focused go-to-market initiatives that create measurable market interest and pipeline. You will own partner-driven event and campaign planning from joint business priorities and funding opportunities through execution, lead follow-up and reporting. You will work as part of our international Marketing & Business Development team of 12 colleagues and closely together with Alliances, Sales and Delivery. You ensure that responsibilities, budgets, decisions, and success measures are clear from the start.
This is your job:
- Own joint partner marketing and go-to-market plans for our Partners Microsoft and ServiceNow, aligned with business priorities, partner programs and target industries.
- Plan and manage integrated campaigns, events, webinars, account-based marketing and digital demand-generation programs, including target groups, timelines, budgets and KPIs.
- Manage MDF, co-op and other partner funding opportunities, including applications, budget tracking, proof-of-execution requirements and internal coordination.
- Translate partner offerings, industry priorities and customer success stories into clear campaign propositions, messaging, briefs and sales-enablement assets.
- Coordinate execution with internal specialists for content, design, website, marketing automation, paid media and reporting.
- Work with Business Development Representatives and Sales on structured lead handover, qualification, follow-up and progression from lead to MQL, SQL and opportunity.
- Maintain transparency in HubSpot and OneCRM and report on campaign performance, lead quality, pipeline contribution, funding utilization and learnings.
- Build productive relationships with partner marketing managers, Alliances, Sales, Delivery, agencies and external stakeholders.
- Take decisions within agreed campaign scopes and budgets, identify blockers early and drive pragmatic next steps.
- Improve partner marketing processes, templates and governance to make activities scalable and repeatable.
Your qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, Partner Marketing, Business Development, or Demand Generation.
- Experience planning and executing campaigns, events and partner activities with measurable business impact.
- Strong interest in AI, emerging technologies and digital innovation. You actively use AI tools in your daily work and are curious about applying them to marketing, business development and go-to-market activities.
- Strong understanding of how leads become opportunities and how marketing contributes to pipeline growth.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot, MSFT Dynamics CRM, LinkdedIn Campaign Manager or similar platforms.
- Experience working with Microsoft and/or ServiceNow and/or other technology partner ecosystems is a strong advantage.
- Experience with MDF, co-funding programs or partner investments is a plus.
- Excellent German and English communication skills.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset and the ability to independently drive topics from idea to execution.
- Commercial thinking, strong ownership and a genuine interest in business results.
- You don't stop at generating leads. You actively work with Sales, Delivery and Business Development Representatives to turn marketing activities into qualified opportunities and pipeline.
- You enjoy connecting with people, building relationships and creating momentum across teams, partners and customers.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings, events, and internal workshops. Travel is planned as needed (remote first approach) and not a fixed part of the monthly routine.
