Junior Bid & Proposal Manager

We are looking for a Bid & Proposal Manager for our German locations. In this role, you will take responsibility for our bid processes and ensure that the right materials are prepared, even for complex tenders. Become part of our team and act as the central interface between Sales, Customer Success Managers, Engagement Managers, Delivery, and other departments.
This is your job:
- Manage the end-to-end bid process
- Ensure that all bids follow DIGITALL's internal standard processes
- Act as a Bid Manager for complex tenders, assemble and manage a bid team with the relevant service / product / business knowledge required to prepare and submit a winning proposal
- Build the main bridge between Sales / Customer Success Manager / Engagement Manager / Delivery / other relevant departments
- Support in the preparation of customer appointments
- Creation and adjustment of consultant profiles
- Data maintenance in the CRM system
- Support of the management in daily business
Your qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
- Professional experience in a sales environment and ideally in a similar role within a consulting company
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other CRM systems is a plus
- Strong sales affinity combined with customer and service orientation
- Quick comprehension, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving skills
- High level of independence and strong team collaboration abilities
- Ability to think interdisciplinarily and understand process flows
- Flexible, motivated, and proactive approach to work
- Exceptional communication skills and commitment to high-quality standards
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
- Language Requirements:
- Fluent German (written and spoken)
- Proficient English (written and spoken)
