This is your job:

  • Management and execution of the end-to-end process selection including Sourcing for Candidates, Screening of incoming applications, pre-screening, interviews, applicant communication in cooperation with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring managers;
  • Use multiple sources to identify passive talent (tech and non-tech roles) for an ever-growing organization;
  • Build and nourish talent pipelines;
  • Schedule interviews with the candidates, Hiring Managers and other internal customers;
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs and shape job profiles;
  • Other topics that offer variety include personnel marketing and employee support.

Your qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in recruiting, ideally in the IT environment-focus in Cloud, Microsoft & Software engineering;
  • Experience working in a multinational company (desirable); Experience in both agency and in-house environments (desirable);
  • Degree with a reference to human resources is a plus;
  • Affinity for IT topics and enjoyment for working with the latest technologies and software;
  • Experience with Boolean search techniques (desirable);
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • A flexible, independent, self-reliant and reliable way of working;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills and a high degree of team spirit;
  • Very good oral and written communication in English, German is a plus.
