We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Engineer to support a global enterprise environment, focusing on modern device management using Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager (SCCM). This role is part of a forward-looking End User Computing team responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and automated endpoint solutions across a hybrid infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Intune-first endpoint management, co-management (Intune + SCCM), Windows 11, and automation, combined with hands-on experience supporting large, globally distributed environments.

This is your job:

  • Manage and optimize enterprise endpoint platforms using Microsoft Intune and SCCM (ConfigMgr) in a co-managed environment
  • Administer device lifecycle management, including provisioning (Windows Autopilot), configuration, patching, and compliance
  • Deploy and maintain application delivery strategies across Intune and SCCM
  • Implement security and compliance policies, ensuring alignment with modern endpoint security standards
  • Automate operational tasks using PowerShell and Intune proactive remediations
  • Support rapid patching cycles and vulnerability remediation across global endpoints
  • Manage Cloud Management Gateway (CMG) and hybrid/cloud integrations
  • Perform driver and hardware lifecycle management across OEM platforms (Dell, Lenovo, etc.)
  • Collaborate with global IT teams, service desks, and vendors to resolve issues and improve service delivery
  • Maintain operational documentation, reporting, and KPI tracking aligned with enterprise ITIL processes
  • Participate in on-call support rotation and critical incident response

Your qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in endpoint management engineering
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) – device enrollment, compliance, app deployment
    • SCCM / Configuration Manager – OS deployment, patching, software distribution
    • Co-management & cloud attach (Intune + SCCM integration)
    • Windows Autopilot – zero-touch provisioning
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11 internals and enterprise configuration
  • Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
  • Experience with:
    • Azure AD / Entra ID device and identity management
    • Endpoint security & vulnerability management practices
    • Driver lifecycle management and OEM tools (Dell Command Update, Lenovo Vantage)
    • Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) ecosystem
  • Understanding of networking, endpoint security, and enterprise IT operations frameworks (ITIL)
  • Experience supporting large-scale, globally distributed environments
  • Nice to Have
    • Experience with Citrix Virtual Desktop / VDI environments
    • Exposure to ServiceNow (incident/change management)
    • Familiarity with modern endpoint analytics and DEX tools (e.g., Nexthink)
