Technical Support Agent with German and English
Job Description:
This is your job:
- Analyze and promptly respond to customer queries related to the Parloa platform.
- Develop expertise in our systems, evolving into a "Bot Builder."
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
- Contribute to shaping and enhancing customer support processes within Parloa.
- Perform translation activities between German and English for website, product, and knowledge base localization needs.
- Dedicate yourself to finding solutions to problems and proposing improvements to elevate the overall customer experience.
Your qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role, preferably in the tech industry, with SaaS experience considered a plus.
- Strong background in a software environment.
- Fluency in both English and German.
- Effective collaboration skills and a supportive mindset for team members.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical problems, find solutions to customer issues, and articulate complex solutions in written communication.
- Agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quick learning ability, and adaptability to changes in the product.
- Monitoring project progress and anticipating potential roadblocks.
- Desirable: Basic understanding of Javascript and/or Typescript.
