Senior Sales Manager ServiceNow

Your responsibility:

• Representation of DIGITALL towards customers and our partners
• Contact and network maintenance with ServiceNow as well as with new & existing customers
• Generating new business, initiating business as well as placing the DIGITALL portfolio with new & existing customers
• Key account management and expansion of the business with the existing customers to be supported
• Design and creation of offers
• Cooperation with our partners in market development
• Design, organization, and realization of events for new customer acquisition and existing customer retention

Required qualifications:

• At least 4 years of professional experience in (key account) sales
• Network with customers and our partner ServiceNow is an advantage
• Experience with ServiceNow platform (specifically ITSM, ITOM, CSM, FSM modules).
• Excellent collaboration, communication and presentation skills
• ServiceNow certifications is a plus
• German and English at least C1-level is mandatory
