• Develop, define, and maintain a motion design system to ensure brand consistency.
• Create high-quality video and animation content for various platforms, including social media, digital marketing, and product UI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and developers, to integrate motion into campaigns and products.
• Stay up to date with motion design trends and implement innovative techniques to enhance storytelling.
• Work on end-to-end video production, from concept and storyboard development to editing, sound design, and post-production.

• Have a strong portfolio showcasing video editing, motion graphics, and animation skills.
• Have a proven track record in creating engaging motion content for digital platforms.
• Are proficient in storytelling, pacing, and video composition to create visually compelling narratives.
• Possess excellent communication skills and a self-motivated, can-do attitude.
• Can present, visualize, and communicate ideas at different project stages in a structured and engaging way.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Strong motion design skills and the ability to create visually compelling animations that support storytelling.
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Media Production, or a related field with relevant experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, or animation.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or equivalent.
• Experience and motivation to work in a diverse and global organization.
• A good understanding of video compression, formats, and optimization for digital distribution.
• Very good English skills, Bulgarian skills are beneficial.
