Chat Support Representative with English

The Chat Support Representative provides expert assistance throughout the entire customer lifecycle, including troubleshooting, how-to guidance, and technical support via chat in English. This role ensures seamless customer experience by resolving issues, answering product-related questions, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver practical solutions and maintain satisfaction.

This is your job:

  • Provide independent and high-quality responses to our customers via our support system.
  • Provide reliable resolution of critical and high-impact problems for customers.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
  • Work closely with our developers and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute ideas and practical solutions to ensure customers' contentment.
  • Recognize trends and service impacting events and escalate properly.
  • Learn from others and develop yourself as a customer support pro.

Your qualifications:

  • High English proficiency both spoken and written, additional language is an advantage.
  • Customer-oriented, ability to assure customer engagement by managing support queries.
  • Time management skills to enable prioritization of tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills and communication with the different departments.
  • Can-do approach, creative and committed to improve and continuously learn.
  • Excellent social skills and strong ability to operate multiple applications and platforms.
  • Commitment to excellence: willing to accept constructive feedback, and drive toward continuous improvement.
  • 1 years of previous work experience in customer service or technical customer-facing support.
  • Online advertising experience is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work on shifts & weekends.
