This is your job:

• Administer and manage Microsoft Exchange Online and Microsoft Exchange Server 2016+ environments.
• Ensure high availability and performance optimization for Exchange services.
• Design and implement load balancing and high availability solutions for Microsoft Exchange environments.
• Maintain Exchange PowerShell scripts for automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring optimal configuration and security compliance.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and security enhancements for all managed services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve email flow, performance, and security issues in Exchange environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and implement best practices.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for internal teams.

Your qualifications:

• Expertise in Microsoft Exchange Online and Microsoft Exchange Server (2016 and future versions).
• Experience with high availability solutions and load balancing for Exchange environments.
• Proficiency in Exchange PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server administration (installation, configuration, and troubleshooting).
• Working knowledge of VMware vSphere for managing virtualized environments.
• Ability to analyze system performance and optimize configurations for scalability and security.
• Experience with email security best practices, including spam filtering and threat protection.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Very good knowledge of English
