This is your job:
- Responsible for the planning and implementation of major changes related to the network infrastructure of the customer
- Administration of complex network and security systems hosted in different Datacentres in EU
- Excellent knowledge in the area of Problem Management and technical execution of the entire process cycle from RCA to implementation
- Initiation of escalation procedures in critical problem cases
- Representation of the Network Administration department in overarching solution teams
- Integration of new customers into existing operational processes
- Design and implementation of supporting tools
- Participation in the development and planning of service concepts and supporting tools
- Participation in on-call duty 7*24 hours and assumption of activities even outside regular working hours
Your qualifications:
- At least 7 years of professional experience in IT Network Systems administration with a corresponding degree of complexity
- Detailed knowledge of some of the following products: CISCO networking, CISCO ACI, Cisco FirePower and Fortinet firewalls; Ironport, Blue Coat; WLAN and f5 products (e.g. load balancer)
- Experience with CISCO ISE, 802.1x, RADIUS and TACACS+
- Experience automating with Cisco DNA Center on campus network
- Cisco certification CCSP / CCNA are desirable
- ITIL certification is an advantage
- Highly systematic and structured way of working
- High analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Very good English skills, German will be considered as strong advantage
