Agile Coach

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Agile Coach to guide and inspire our teams on their Agile journey. You will play a key role in enabling teams, leaders, and the organization to embrace Agile principles, values, and practices. Your mission will be to foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer-centric delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Coach cross-functional teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.)

Drive Agile maturity through hands-on support, training, workshops, and coaching sessions

Collaborate with stakeholders to remove impediments to Agile adoption and scale Agile across the organization

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and help teams evolve their practices and processes

Foster a mindset of experimentation, feedback loops, and learning culture

Assess Agile health using metrics and retrospectives to identify opportunities for improvement

Act as a change agent and partner with leaders to shape an Agile-first culture
What Were Looking For:

Proven experience as an Agile Coach or in a similar role (e.g., Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Agile Delivery Lead)

Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks and Lean principles

Experience working with multiple Agile teams and scaling Agile in complex environments

Strong facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills

Ability to influence and lead change across technical and non-technical teams

Agile certifications (e.g., ICP-ACC, SAFe Program Consultant, Certified Scrum Professional) are a plus
