About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Agile Coach to guide and inspire our teams on their Agile journey. You will play a key role in enabling teams, leaders, and the organization to embrace Agile principles, values, and practices. Your mission will be to foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer-centric delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach cross-functional teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.)

• Drive Agile maturity through hands-on support, training, workshops, and coaching sessions

• Collaborate with stakeholders to remove impediments to Agile adoption and scale Agile across the organization

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and help teams evolve their practices and processes

• Foster a mindset of experimentation, feedback loops, and learning culture

• Assess Agile health using metrics and retrospectives to identify opportunities for improvement

• Act as a change agent and partner with leaders to shape an Agile-first culture

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach or in a similar role (e.g., Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Agile Delivery Lead)

• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks and Lean principles

• Experience working with multiple Agile teams and scaling Agile in complex environments

• Strong facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills

• Ability to influence and lead change across technical and non-technical teams

• Agile certifications (e.g., ICP-ACC, SAFe Program Consultant, Certified Scrum Professional) are a plus
