Job Description:
This is your job:
- Assist in managing and administering Microsoft Intune for device management and security.
- Support and maintenance of Defender for Endpoint.
- Support and maintenance of Microsoft 365 Suite applications
- Assist in administering and supporting Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID for identity and access management.
- Provide support and maintenance for Windows Desktop and Windows Server environments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support IT projects.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Apply ITIL best practices to manage IT services and improve service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our IT services.

Your qualifications:
- Experience in managing and supporting Microsoft Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft 365 Suite, Microsoft AD, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Knowledge of Windows Desktop and Windows Server administration.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and its application in IT service management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell for automation.
- Excellent English language skills.
