Manage and administer Microsoft Intune for device management and security.
Implement and maintain Defender for Endpoint to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of Microsoft 365 Suite applications.
Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID for identity and access management.
Provide support and maintenance for Windows Desktop and Windows Server environments.
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support IT projects.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our IT services.
Apply ITIL best practices to manage IT services and improve service delivery
Your qualifications:
Proven experience in managing and supporting Microsoft Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft 365 Suite, Microsoft AD, and Microsoft Entra ID.
Strong knowledge of Windows Desktop and Windows Server administration.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals) are a plus.
Good knowledge with ITIL framework and its application in IT service management.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell for automation.
