Role Overview

We are seeking a Standard Full-Stack Developer with end-to-end proficiency across modern Angular frontend architecture and Node.js / TypeScript backend services. You will bridge client and server concerns - contributing to micro-frontend design on the frontend while architecting scalable, API-first backend services, preferably with NestJS, backed by PostgreSQL. This role requires a developer who can operate fluidly across the full stack, uphold engineering quality on both sides, and collaborate effectively with frontend specialists, backend engineers, and data teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement coherent end-to-end solutions spanning Angular micro-frontend shells and
  • NestJS backend services, ensuring clean separation of concerns and consistent, well-documented API
  • contracts.
  • Build modular, high-performance Angular applications using standalone components and Signals as
  • the primary reactivity model, with RxJS retained for async operations and HTTP stream orchestration.
  • Contribute to or lead micro-frontend initiatives using Module Federation and Nx.
  • Author OpenAPI/Swagger specifications as the primary design artifact before implementation, establishing the contract between frontend and backend. Implement RESTful services and streaming delivery patterns (SSE) derived from and validated against the agreed spec.
  • Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL schemas, including complex query authoring, indexing
  • strategies, and PostGIS integration where geospatial data is involved.
  • Implement standard authentication and authorization flows (JWT, OAuth2) and integrate with third- party services and data platforms.
  • Write and maintain automated tests (Jest) across frontend and backend. Enforce code standards with ESLint and participate in CI/CD pipeline configuration.
  • Work closely with dedicated frontend developers, backend engineers, data engineers, and business analysts to deliver complete, end-to-end features.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated full-stack delivery.
  • Expert knowledge of Angular (standalone components, Signals) and TypeScript on the frontend. Strong RxJS proficiency for async and HTTP scenarios, with clear understanding of where Signals supersede RxJS-based state patterns.
  • Solid proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript on the backend; experience with NestJS or a comparable
  • enterprise-grade framework is strongly preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL - schema design, query optimization, indexing, and
  • transaction management.
  • Comfortable authoring OpenAPI/Swagger documents as the leading contract artifact, driving
  • frontend–backend alignment before implementation begins.
  • Familiarity with micro-frontend patterns (Module Federation, Nx monorepos).
  • Experience with automated testing (Jest) on both frontend and backend layers.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Hands-on experience with PostGIS for spatial data processing and geographic queries.
  • Cloud-native deployment experience, particularly on Microsoft Azure.
  • Familiarity with Databricks for analytics integration or large-scale data pipeline consumption.
  • Experience with real-time and inter-service communication patterns: SSE, gRPC, or WebSockets.
  • Exposure to mapping libraries: Leaflet, OpenLayers, or Cesium.js.
  • Tech Stack: Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, Module Federation, Nx, Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, PostGIS

TypeORM / Prisma, Jest, ESLint, OpenAPI / Swagger, Azure (preferred), Databricks (optional)
