You will work with complex data originating from multiple enterprise applications. A strong understanding of ERP, CRM, Dynamics 365, and connected business systems is therefore essential. This is your job:

  • Design, develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise-grade Power BI reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical applications.
  • Build scalable semantic models and dimensional data models using established data warehousing and Power BI best practices.
  • Develop advanced DAX measures, KPIs, calculation logic, and Power Query transformations.
  • Ensure performance, reliability, usability, and maintainability of datasets, reports, refresh processes, and data connections.
  • Design and implement Microsoft Fabric solutions using Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake, Data Factory, Data Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, Notebooks, and Semantic Models as appropriate.
  • Build and support ETL/ELT processes for data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and monitoring.
  • Integrate and analyze data from Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, ERP, CRM, HR, project management, professional services automation, service management, and other enterprise systems.
  • Implement appropriate access controls, workspace structures, row-level security, deployment pipelines, lifecycle management, and governance for Power BI and Fabric assets.
  • Improve data quality, consistency, lineage, documentation, and transparency across the analytics landscape.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenge requirements, and translate business needs into sustainable data and reporting solutions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution across applications, integrations, data platforms, and business teams.
  • Document technical designs, data models, data sources, transformations, dependencies, operational procedures, and support knowledge.
  • Contribute to the roadmap for the modernization and further development of DIGITALL's reporting and enterprise data platform.

Your qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering, including substantial experience with Microsoft Power BI.
  • Advanced Power BI expertise, including DAX, Power Query (M), semantic modeling, dimensional modeling, performance tuning, refresh strategies, row-level security, deployment pipelines, gateways, workspaces, and Power BI Service administration.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Fabric and several of its core capabilities, such as Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake, Data Factory, Data Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, Notebooks, and Semantic Models.
  • Strong SQL skills and sound knowledge of relational databases, data warehousing, star schemas, ETL/ELT patterns, data architecture, data quality, and data governance.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, ERP and CRM concepts, business entities, transactional data, master data, and cross-system integration patterns.
  • Experience analyzing data from complex enterprise application landscapes and quickly learning unfamiliar data structures and business processes.
  • Experience with Azure data services such as Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, Synapse Analytics, or Azure DevOps is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of APIs, integration platforms, source control, CI/CD, Python, Spark, or notebooks is an advantage.
  • Ability to take ownership of a business-critical reporting and analytics landscape and independently drive topics from requirements through delivery and operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to documentation and knowledge transfer.
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken. German is an advantage.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications in Power BI, Fabric, Azure Data, or Dynamics 365 are an advantage.

What success looks like

  • You take ownership of the existing Power BI and Fabric landscape and ensure stable business operations.
  • You establish a clear understanding of critical reports, data sources, dependencies, and business owners.
  • You improve report performance, maintainability, documentation, governance, and data quality.
  • You become a trusted technical partner for reporting, analytics, enterprise applications, and data-related initiatives.
  • You help evolve DIGITALL's modern data platform and introduce scalable standards for future analytical solutions.
