We are seeking a Technical Expert responsible for the implementation and operational support of assigned technologies across data center environments, software deployment platforms, and enterprise endpoint ecosystems. The role also supports ongoing service improvements to ensure operational excellence.
This is your job:
- Manage and maintain client environments for enterprise customers
- Implement, operate, and monitor client management solutions, with a strong focus on:
- Patch Management
- Software Packaging and Deployment
- Configuration Management
- Endpoint Security
- Support and manage endpoints across Windows, iOS, Android and macOS platforms
- Analyze incidents and technical issues and provide expert support during disruptions
- Participate in workplace-related decision-making regarding devices, processes, and policies
- Collaborate in and contribute to IT and workplace-related projects
- End-to-end client lifecycle management (implementation, operations, optimization)
- Administration of modern endpoint management platforms, particularly Microsoft Intune
- Creation and maintenance of scripts, software packages and automation solutions
- Close collaboration and team-oriented exchange with internal IT teams, service management and support units
- Active participation in daily operations, coordination meetings, and technical discussions within the workplace team

- Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
- Cross-architecture knowledge within Windows environments
- Familiarity with enterprise workplace architectures
- Scripting (e.g., PowerShell)
