Junior Legal Counsel CEE

This is your job:
- Draft, review, and help negotiate national and international commercial agreements (e.g., NDAs, MSA, SLAs, software licensing, vendor and partnership agreements);
- Prepare legal research, analyses, and practical guidance on technology-related laws and regulations (including data protection topics);
- Support corporate legal matters for local and international group entities (corporate governance documentation and internal procedures);
- Provide day-to-day legal support to internal stakeholders to enable business objectives while managing risk;
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments in Bulgaria, the EU, and relevant CEE/DACH jurisdictions; summarize changes and recommend actions where needed;
- Maintain accurate and well-structured legal documentation (contract repository, templates and compliance records) to support transparency and audit readiness;
- Participate in internal and cross-border projects, coordinating with external counsel when required and escalating complex issues to senior legal team members.
Your Qualifications:
- Master's degree in law and acquired legal capacity (completed in Germany, Austria or Switzerland);
- 0- 1 years of relevant legal experience (in-house or law firm), preferably with exposure to commercial contracts and IT law matters;
- Good understanding of contract law and commercial law; familiarity with civil and/or labour law is a plus;
- Ability to read, analyse, and summarize legal texts and translate them into practical guidance for non-legal stakeholders;
- Fluency in German and English);
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with GDPR/privacy compliance, information security, or technology regulation;
- Experience with contract templates or contract lifecycle processes;
- Interest in IT consulting and Labour law.
