As the Momentus Specialist Fair Management, you are responsible for the end‑to‑end setup, configuration, and operational excellence of all Momentus-related requests and workflows supporting fair and exhibition management. You act as the primary connection point between business teams, technical stakeholders, and integrated platforms, ensuring smooth processes, accurate data, and an exceptional exhibitor experience.

This is your job:

• Configure and maintain event workflows, forms, pricing structures, portals, and integrations within Momentus.
• Partner with Brand Directors and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system solutions
• Provide application support, resolving incidents and service requests while ensuring system availability and user satisfaction.
• Deliver system enhancements, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation.
• Manage integrations and vendor relationships, monitor service performance and SLA adherence.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, knowledge articles, and process guides.
• Conduct user training and onboarding, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of the platform.
• Ensure compliance with security, data quality, and governance requirements across the platform.

Your qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you bring a strong combination of technical understanding, business process expertise, and communication ability.

• Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3-5+ years of experience in IT, consulting, or application support environments
• Experience with event management or exhibition platforms is considered a plus
• Experience with cloud applications, integrations, and data governance
• Strong stakeholder management, business analysis, and change management skills
• Ability to create functional specifications and support compliance requirements
• Excellent English is required and German language skills are considered a plus

• Nice-to-Have

• Momentus / Ungerboeck certification or hands-on Momentus configuration experience
• UX/UI awareness
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting integrations
• PMI, IPMA, or equivalent project management certification
• Experience collaborating with Brand Directors and cross‑functional teams
