We are seeking a highly analytical and customer-facing Threat Intelligence Analyst to join our Premium Support organization. This role sits at the intersection of data, fraud research, product intelligence, and customer strategy. The ideal candidate is deeply curious, technically strong, comfortable engaging with senior customer stakeholders, and passionate about uncovering how sophisticated threats operate across digital ecosystems. In this role, you will partner closely with Customer Success, Fraud Research, Data Science, and Product teams to transform detection signals into actionable intelligence

This is your job:

  • Analyze AI-driven anomaly and fraud data to spot threats and suspicious patterns
  • Investigate traffic spikes and invalid traffic to uncover attacker tactics
  • Build clear intelligence narratives linking findings to risk and business impact
  • Create client-facing reports, incident analyses, and threat summaries
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior and executive customers
  • Partner with Fraud Research and Product to turn intel into better detections
  • Maintain feedback loops between customer intel, detections, and product
  • Build scalable investigation frameworks and reporting templates
  • Advise on fraud trends, bots, and evolving GTM attack methods

Your qualifications:

  • Threat intelligence, fraud, cybersecurity, and digital investigations experience
  • Strong SQL and Python skills
  • Experience with large datasets and anomaly or fraud signals
  • Strong analytical skills to investigate, hypothesize, and validate findings
  • Able to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience writing intelligence reports and investigative summaries
  • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Comfortable working with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Research
  • Familiarity with fraud, bot mitigation, cybersecurity, or digital abuse
  • Technically adaptive and quick to learn new platforms and systems
