This is your job:

Strategic Analysis & Business Architecture:

    • Analyze business units to identify gaps between current capabilities and strategic goals.
    • Develop business capability models and business cases to evaluate the feasibility of technology initiatives.

Requirements Management:

    • Lead the collection, analysis, and documentation of functional requirements and use cases.
    • Build consensus among stakeholders to ensure clarity and agreement on proposed solutions.
    • Maintain a comprehensive chronological trail of requirements and change controls.

Process Modeling & Execution:

  • Document workflows and business processes using industry-standard techniques (BPMN).
  • Collaborate with IT to determine if solutions should be built internally or procured externally.
  • Identify bottlenecks and lead process re-engineering efforts for efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance & Implementation:
    • Design and execute test plans, strategies, and test cases.
    • Support the design, testing, and implementation of applications.
    • Create training materials and conduct user training.


Your Qualification:


  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Finance.
  • Industry Experience: Proven track record defining and implementing technology solutions specifically within a major financial institution.
  • Methodologies: Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and business analysis best practices (e.g., BABOK).
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with process modeling tools (BPMN) and BPM tools (iGrafix, PEGA, Cordys).
  • Certifications: Lean Management or Six Sigma certification is highly preferred.
  • Analytical: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to translate complex business problems into clear requirements.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; able to facilitate discussions and present to both technical and non-technical audiences (using MS PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
  • Leadership: Ability to work autonomously, lead diverse teams to convergence, and manage client relationships without supervision.
