We are seeking a Certified Scrum Master facilitating agile ceremonies, coaching the team on agile practices, and supporting KPI/administrative reporting for the Managed Capacity team.

This is your job:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-up, review, retrospective) and coach the team on agile best practices.
• Support the team with agile reporting, KPI tracking inputs and other administrative Scrum-related tasks.
• Helping the team continuously improve delivery predictability and collaboration.
• Be online, accessible and responsive during core working hours, 08:00–17:00 CET/CEST.
• Actively participate in technical and non-technical team discussions, sprint ceremonies and planning.
• Fulfil the team's Definition of Done for every backlog item before closure.
• Maintain up-to-date technical and process documentation (e.g., Confluence)
• Keep ticket status current at least every other day while work is in progress.
• Communicate proactively: flag blockers early, report absences/out-of-office in the calendar and collaborate across teams and disciplines (T-shaped skills encouraged).

Your qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent).
• Proven work experience as an Agile Coach / Scrum Master running Scrum ceremonies.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Development experience in any programming language is a plus.

General Requirements

• Bulgaria; available for on-site meetings in Sofia at least every second week.
• Fluent in English and Bulgarian.
• Minimum ~4 years of relevant experience.
• Agile mindset — comfortable working in a trust-based, empowered, continuously-learning Scrum environment.
