Business Change Analyst - Digital Transformation - Legal Services

£ Excellent Salary + Benefits – South West or London

Hybrid working: 2 days office based

        

James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing a Change Analyst to play a key role in a digital transformation: implementation of change strategies and initiatives to maximise employee adoption and usage.

Responsibilities

Working cross functionally gain detailed understanding of change activities and outcomes, developing a suitable and pragmatic change approach and plan, administer, engage and run adoption forums maintaining SOP’s project intranet sites and all IT communications.

  • Analyse and develop change impact analysis and plans for IT changes and projects
  • Identifying user adoption requirements, including risks, issues and mitigation
  • Support the business partnering function to increase user adoption and engagement throughout the change process
  • Design and create communications, intranet page content and change materials (including PowerPoint, videos and posters etc)
  • Present project updates and readiness information to all levels of management
  • Plan and organise engagement events based on business requirements and change impact analysis
  • Work with business analysts and key stakeholders to determine the priority of requirements and outcomes and adoption plan
  • Work with stakeholders during the design, build and test phases to ensure the solution meets the needs of the business
  • Take accountability for highlighting issues, engaging the team to find solutions and ensuring that the necessary remedial action is pursued.


Experience

Educated to degree level you will have at least 2 years’ experience in a Change / Communications / Project Management or similar role with solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process, (ideally) within Legal or Professional services;

  • Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - clearly articulate messages over various mediums to a variety of audiences with integrity
  • Influence others - moving toward a common vision or goal
  • Key stakeholder management - confident in working and negotiating with technical experts to ensure the project’s mandate is achieved.
  • Desirable: Project lifecycle methodologies such as Prince 2 or ITIL
