About the job Client Success Manager
Location: Paragon City, Lahore (Onsite)
Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Compensation: Market-competitive salary + performance bonuses
Key Responsibilities
-- Lead and manage the customer success process for new and existing clients.
-- Drive onboarding and platform implementation, ensuring seamless adoption.
-- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and support.
-- Monitor customer engagement, usage trends, and satisfaction metrics.
-- Conduct regular follow-ups, training sessions, and success reviews.
-- Identify risks and opportunities to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
-- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to platform improvements.
-- Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure a smooth operational experience.
-- Prepare performance reports and success insights for internal teams and leadership.
Requirements
-- 3 to 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or Software Implementation.
-- Experience with SaaS, software platforms, or healthcare tech (preferred).
-- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
-- Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently and handle client expectations professionally.
-- Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
