Job Overview: As a Sales Closer, you will be responsible for closing deals with potential US/Canadian clients who have been qualified by our outbound sales team. Your role will focus on converting warm leads into paying clients by effectively presenting our digital marketing services, understanding the needs of prospects, and guiding them through the sales process to a successful close.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close sales by converting qualified outbound leads into long-term clients.
- Conduct consultations and product demos via phone or video call to understand client needs.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients by providing personalized solutions.
- Present and explain our range of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, web development, and more.
- Overcome objections and negotiate contract terms to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing and lead generation teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Keep accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, with a strong track record of closing sales, preferably in digital marketing or related industries.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with US clients effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections with ease.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage sales activities and client interactions.
- Ability to understand the clients needs and present tailored solutions that drive value.
- Flexibility to work in US time zones (evenings in Pakistan).
- Knowledge of the digital marketing industry is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with US-based clients.
- Familiarity with digital marketing services like SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media strategies.
