Location: Faisal Town, Lahore (On-site)
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM 3:00 AM (Pakistan Time)
Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

-- Lead and manage a team of 3 to 5 SDRs focused on outbound sales to U.S. clients.

-- Track performance metrics (calls, meetings, conversions) and ensure team targets are consistently met.

-- Provide real-time coaching, call feedback, and daily performance direction.

-- Manage high-value opportunities and support SDRs in closing complex deals.

-- Collaborate with HR/Admin on attendance, incentives, and monthly payouts.

-- Share daily KPI reports with management and execute continuous improvement strategies.

Requirements

-- 3 to 5 years of outbound sales experience, including at least 1 year in a team lead or managerial role.

-- Proven success in managing and motivating B2B sales teams targeting U.S.-based clients.

-- Excellent English communication, leadership, and coaching skills.

-- Strong understanding of CRM tools and sales performance data.

-- Ability to work the U.S. night shift (7 PM 3 AM Pakistan Time).

-- Highly driven with a strong focus on achieving team and personal targets.
