About the job Business Development Executive
Location: Onsite Johar Town, Lahore
Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities
- Grow the companys client base by identifying new business opportunities across international markets.
- Engage with potential clients through professional communication, meetings, and presentations.
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and documentation in coordination with technical teams.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software or IT service solutions.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Participate in strategy discussions to improve lead generation, market positioning, and conversion rates.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of proven Business Development experience in the IT or Software industry.
- Strong understanding of software development cycles, technologies, and digital service offerings.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into clear proposals.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Must be able to work night shifts.
