Senior Ruby Developer (LATAM)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Ruby Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications using Ruby on Rails. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components, delivering scalable and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications utilizing Ruby on Rails for server-side development.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Design and implement efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose improvements to enhance development practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Ruby on Rails developer.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with concepts of MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with code versioning tools, particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
