About the job Administrative/Operations Manager
The Administrative/Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management and smooth execution of day-to-day operations within a fast-paced software development environment. You will work closely with various teams, including development, sales, marketing, and customer support, to optimize workflows, coordinate cross-departmental communication, and oversee the operational functions that drive company success.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance, including writing and editing emails and preparing communications on behalf of the executive.
- Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and follow-ups.
- Manage the corporate website and company profile on public directories.
- Support sales and marketing activities by preparing presentations, sales reports, and marketing materials.
- Assist in managing lead generation processes, analyzing sales data, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Oversee and maintain the CRM system.
- Maintain vendor relationships and manage contracts.
- Prepare reports and handle special projects, which may include data research and data collection.
- Assist with operational tasks
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative/Operations Manager.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with excellent command of the English language.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Well-developed organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Professional discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in managing CRM systems and other relevant software.
