In further growing the business, our client is looking for an ambitious highly motivated sales person to join the team! This is an office based role, although in the current pandemic, will typically be based at home. However, as you will be required to be office based eventually, you will need to be residing within a reasonable commuting distance to the office base in Epsom.
Offering attractive remuneration of £30K, you can expect to achieve around £60K OTE with commission!
The Role: To generate new revenues from existing accounts by identifying and promoting the company range of services. By understanding and relating to the business needs of the customers, create long-term, trusting relationships. This exciting role reports in to the Head of Sales and also offers career development opportunity!
Key duties and responsibilities:
- To consistently achieve set monthly activity and revenue, GP targets that will be reviewed and amended in line with business requirements.
- To manage a number of existing accounts to be agreed.
- To handle inbound enquiries from the website or marketing campaigns.
- To self-generate opportunities, understand the customers business challenges, and market the range of company solutions.
- To be the champion for the customer within the business.
- Draft and send out supporting documentation and proposals to customers in support of their business needs.
- Have input into the strategy used in promote and sell through the current and future portfolio.
- To deliver a first class level of customer service to clients by ensuring you follow through all aspects of the sales process and this will be managed against KPIs.
- Daily contact with regular accounts and building key customer relationships.
- Work with internal departments to ensure all areas of the account are being run effectively / projects within timeline.
- Manage all calls and update call and customer data on the CRM system.
- To continually develop the very best relationships with customers, with regular contact by phone, email, and video call.
- Identify solution/service/product improvements for your clients.
- To assist with customer service queries and questions, including but not limited to: rates, new services and add-ons, system changes, upgrades, replacements, faults or problems.
The Ideal Candidate:
Highly self motivated and experienced within Account Management / Telesales / Outbound Calls.
Good computer skills including experience of MS O365, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to learn new process and systems in a fast paced environment (training provided on the internal systems used).
Excellent communication skills, with a positive telephone manner with timely response to customer queries in order to resolve any issues.
Experience of working in a team and across departments.
Strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and sales success
Strong empathy with the customer to enable the greatest value for them and the company.
