The successful candidate will collaborate with the Operations Director and Manager to promote, develop, and sell the company services to both new and existing clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to analyse customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Act as the central point of contact for sales enquiries, responding promptly and efficiently.
- Making outbound calls to proactively reach out to potential clients and win new business.
- Actively generate and nurture new sales opportunities to drive business growth.
- Prepare proposals and quotes accurately, maintaining records in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads to secure bookings and facilitate invoicing and payments.
- Conduct client outreach to anticipate future requirements.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Provide sales reports to the Manager and support with the planning and scheduling of services to customers.
- Attend exhibitions and networking events.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and KPIs within agreed timeframes.
The ideal candidate:
- Excellent communication skills across various channels.
- Previous work experience as a Sales Consultant, or within an Account Management and Customer Service role.
- Experience with CRM software and a good knowledge of MS Office.
- Proactive attitude with strong time management skills.
- Enthusiastic, confident, and positive approach.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Prioritising, time management and organisational skills.
- Desire to learn, upskill, and grow within the industry.
