The role of Client Services Automation Lead is to Identify all processes within Vetting and Technical Support operations that can and should be automated to improve efficiency, and lead projects to automate such processes. Engage in planning, leading, and analysing both existing and new processes with an objective to improve efficiency, cost effectiveness, ROI and customer satisfaction.
Main job responsibilities and accountabilities
- Define areas within all systems and processes used by Client Services that can be automated to improve efficiency, and lead automation projects.
- Document evidence and conclusions which demonstrate sound reasoning to arrive at decisions required at Management level.
- Keep up to date with industry developments, security, compliance, policy, processes, and procedures by liaising with relevant stakeholders.
- Work with Client Service Operations team to implement change and process management.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with Client Services, Managers, other stakeholders in and outside of Client Services.
- Understand vetting and technical support requirements, processes, and procedures. Identify areas that can be improved, identify requirements, propose and execute improvement projects.
- Maintain the changes made to improve efficiency and analyse the effectiveness.
- Work with Compliance teams, Development teams, Atlas teams and other stakeholders to plan and execute improvement projects in an effective manner.
- Ensure that all administrative duties are executed accurately and punctually, including tasks relating to Client Services, HR requirements, projects, contracts, budgets, projections, etc.
Person specification
- Extensive data analysis experience
- Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and presenting information.
- Experience building relationships with third parties or demonstrate equivalent.
- Hands-on and able to work in multi-disciplinary teams (department colleagues, business functions) or demonstrate equivalent.
- Experience and/or knowledge of automating processes in Salesforce/Salesforce Lightning
- Technical experience working with CRM applications
- Experience and/or knowledge of product management.
- Understands the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and functions.
- Demonstrates initiative and drive, sharing ideas and questions and displays calm and positivity in a demanding environment.
- Able to represent the big picture whilst focusing on the specifics of delivery.
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
