The role is a permanent, Monday to Friday opportunity, based on site in their new offices in Ashford, just off the M20.
**This role would really suit a well-rounded Digital and Social Media Expert.
The role - To take responsibility for the implementation, cost management, growth, and overall management of the company Brand, PPC, Social and Marketing department. Experience in Social, Digital, SEM, SEA, SEO, PPC marketing and Google Analytics is required. The business has a strong operation, and B2B presents, therefore the successful Digital Marketing Manager will need to be a true driver and leader, an individual to manage and grow a strong consumer brand.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be required to do the following:
Monitor, Build and Report Social/Search/Conversion campaigns
Manage Affiliate Network and In-House affiliate programmes
Plan, budget for and deliver marketing campaigns
End-to-end campaign and project management
Plan and implement marketing support surrounding product launches
Report on marketing metrics/analyse campaign results
Work closely with our inhouse web developers to improve UX and CRO
Work with our customer support team to improve UX and engagement
Report on all social media marketing activity, analysing performance, and optimising content and campaigns accordingly to continuously improve on delivery against key metrics including analysis of competitor campaigns
Day to day operational management of a busy marketing function
Coaching, Managing, and developing a Marketing team to ensure growth and development of the department
Research and create written content
Perform thorough keyword and campaign research
Use timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules as required
The successful Digital Marketing Manager should ideally be able to demonstrate the following:
3-5 years of digital marketing experience heavily focused on Social, Google Ads marketing.
Both traditional and digital marketing experience, to be able to appreciate the most appropriate methods to maximise results.
Affiliate marketing experience.
Proven track record of planning and implementing marketing campaigns.
Report on sales, Google Analytics, and other data analysis, being able to demonstrate how you measure the success and failure of campaigns, and identify areas to grow and improve on.
Minimum basic experience in graphic design and content creation/management
An organised self-starter, who works well under pressure and to deadlines, and enjoys a working environment that is varied and fast-paced
SEO, CRO best practices. Search Console
Ad space purchasing and auctions.
This is a really exciting opportunity for a successful Digital Marketing Manager to work for a fantastic organisation, offering a salary of between £50-60,000, depending on experience.
