Duties will include:
- Meeting & greeting clients
- Answering the phones, transferring calls and taking messages
- Dealing with deliveries and post
- Providing refreshments
- Administrative duties as and when required
The ideal candidate:
- Previous reception experience
- Ideally from a legal background
- Well presented with excellent communication skills
- Highly organised and efficient
- Flexible and with excellent attention to detail
