Diamond Search Recruitment are delighted to be representing our client, a well established company recruiting for Administrative Staff working in their offices based in Rochester. Local and/or transport required due to location.

Established in excess of 20+ years, our client are a small, close-knit team with a very family-focused ethos who exist to support the ongoing successes of their clients. 


The Role:

  • Reporting to back office manager.
  • Planning labour & transport.
  • Preparing/processing pick lists.
  • Maintaining job tracking documentation.
  • Managing production plan for in-house assembly.
  • Receive, check, record and file all sign-off documentation.
  • Timesheet input.
  • Assisting in the progression of health, safety & CDM documentation.
  • Updating company skills matrix and arranging refresher training as required.
  • Raising purchase orders.
  • Booking in warehouse receipts (Good In).
  • Preparation of delivery notes / shipping documentation / customs clearance paperwork (Goods Out).
  • Oversee site FM programme (equipment servicing etc).
  • Looking after company fleet (repairs, servicing etc).
  • Other administrative tasks.
  • Working pattern Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • IT literate and experienced in using Microsoft 365.
  • Energetic.
  • Self starter.
  • Good team player.
  • Well organised.
  • Motivated
  • Aside from basic skill set required to fulfil the above, training will be provided.
  • Most important quality: Must have a good sense of humour!!!
