Diamond Search Recruitment are delighted to be representing our client, a leader within their field, providing trusted identity and security solutions.  The SEO-PPC Specialist will assume daily responsibilities of Search Engine Optimisation and Pay-Per-Click programmes as well as lead on website maintenance and collaborate on conversion optimisation. They position holder will be responsible for setting the standard in SEM practices, driving progress across our websites, and supporting West regional marketing managers in creating more leads from search activities. As part of Technical SEO, the holder will be a pivotal contact point between the Marketing Team and the Web Team, ensuring websites health and optimisation. 

Main job responsibilities and accountabilities

  • Create SEM strategies to support long and short-term revenue targets
  • Manage PPC programs using SEM Rush and other tools, as well as managing ad budget spend, campaign reporting and analysis in order to measure results towards department and Sales success expectations.
  • Collaborate on and execute content strategies. Work on content ideas for on-page optimisation and backlink creation.
  • Own and optimise website architecture and page conversions.
  • Lead comprehensive SEO and PPC audits reporting to internal stakeholder including senior management
  • Implement necessary web site edits in Concrete5 CMS for marketing programmes and deliverables, including webinars, custom landing pages, social media, digital sales tools, multimedia and more.
  • Communicate all campaign launch details and status updates to marketing and Sales personnel in an effective and professional manner.

Person specification

  • Sufficient experience in creating, implementing, and measuring SEO strategy (On page, off page and technical)
  • Thorough knowledge and experience in using paid search platforms (Google, LinkedIn, AdRoll etc.)
  • Understanding of the full customer journey and experience
  • Advance knowledge of analytics tools and ability to translate data from web analytics into actionable plans
  • Experience of digital advertising budget management and including bid management
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML; client and server-side technologies a plus

Desirable

  • Digital Marketing Degree or Google AdWords and Google Analytics certifications a plus
  • Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
