Your experience should be mostly firmware biased but with a good understanding of hardware design and requirements.

• C & C++ Coding
• Espressif ESP32
• RTOS
• I2C
• RS232
• MQTT
• IoT
• WiFi
• Bluetooth
• Stepper Motors
• PIC 8 Bit
• STM32
• Understanding of electronics

Desirable but not essential skills would include:

• Software & App Development
• Cloud Technologies
• PCB Layout (Altium)
