Excellent opportunity to work as a Vice president - International Sales with a leading group of experts in the industry to drive out Global presence in the market.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals. 
  • Work towards ensuring Customer Success with Key Accounts of the company
  • Manage the sales team, operations, and resources to deliver profitable growth.
  • Work towards identifying potential future opportunities in the emerging markets and coordinate with the technology and product teams to assess readiness and market strategies.
  • Work towards building efficient methods for Customer Acquisition in the defined markets.
  • Build and manage the overall Sales Funnel for global markets.
  • Work with the management team to build Sales Forecast in line with the company's goals.
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
  • Work closely with the marketing team to establish successful support, channel, and partner programs.
  • Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and develop critical relationships globally.



Qualifications:

Mandatory 7-8 years of prior experience in International Sales.

In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods at a Global level.

Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market.

Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and professional business skills.

Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

Proven experience/expertise in meeting and prospecting qualified leads.

Experience working in the Aerospace/Defence industry is desirable.
