About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for not only HR data analysis but also company-wide planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in handling big data, proficiency in SAP and Excel, and the ability to derive insights from data to drive strategic decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze HR data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement in talent management, compensation, and workforce planning.
    • Support company-wide strategic planning through data-driven analysis and reporting.
    • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports using SAP, Excel, and other analytics tools.
    • Work closely with HR and leadership teams to provide data-backed recommendations.
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in HR systems, collaborating with IT and other departments as needed.
    • Assist in designing and improving HR processes through data insights.
    • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions.
    • Generating report to HQ Korea

    Qualifications

    • 2 to 5 years of experience in HR analytics, or a related field.
    • Strong proficiency in SAP and Excel (advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.).
    • Experience working with large datasets and performing data visualization and analysis.
    • Ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
    • Prior experience in HR functions such as compensation, talent management, or HRIS is preferred.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
    • Fluency in both Korean and English is required

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
    • Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
    • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and data management best practices.
