Job Descriptions
The production control specialist is responsible for issuing and tracking work orders, ensuring that required materials are supplied to the production floor, as according to the production schedule.
This position is also responsible for expediting and prioritizing work orders and coordinating and managing daily, weekly production schedules.
1. Analyze customer orders and establish production schedules for timely
delivery. Review change orders and execute them appropriately.
2. Order and manage the MRP (Material Requirement Planning) corresponding
to the production schedules.
3. Plan inventory management technique to avoid any shortages and excesses.
4. Investigate production control problems, analyze root causes, and derive
solutions.
5. Develop positive relationship with staffs and customer to meet productivitygoals

Qualifications and Skills
1. Bachelors degree in engineering and business; or a minimum five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. 0-5 years of experience in production controls
3. Verbal and written communications skills.
4. Computer software: Microsoft Office
