Location: Tennessee
General Description
1) Develop robust and efficient manufacturing systems
2) Design and build manufacturing and test systems that optimize safety, ergonomics, and manufacturability.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1) Analysis of product assembly process through support for product assembly process
2) Support production of assembled products while complying with quality standards
3) Contribute to improving work processes by collaborating with the production site management team
4) Maintain a working environment in compliance with safety guidelines
5) Basic work support for new product assembly process development and improvement
6) Layout management support to optimize assembly lines and workspaces within the factory
7) Corrective and preventive action process monitoring and improvement activity support
Requirements
Work Experience
1) 1-3 years in manufacturing environment with strong background in process or industrial engineering.
2) Experience in OEM Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3
3) Experience in manufacturing, assembly, and quality control through internship or field training
Education
1) Associates degree in related major required (e.g. manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering,
electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or related science major)
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
1) Understand the basic concepts of manufacturing process and quality control
2) Basic understanding of and ability to comply with safety regulations and procedures
3) Basic understanding of automated machinery and equipment
4) Ability to respond flexibly even in a changing work environment
5) Meticulous attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
6) Compliance with standard procedures and responsibility for safety
7) Bilingual English/ Korean preferred
8) Must have excellent communication skills
9) Excellent problem-solving skills
10) Enthusiastic, cooperative, and displays a positive attitude
