SUMMARY:
The HR Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the companys human resources operations by managing payroll, performance management, and employee safety programs. This position ensures timely and accurate processing of HR functions, providing employees with the resources they need and contributing to the overall success and culture of the organization.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The HR Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
· Process bi-weekly, weekly, and monthly payroll for over 200 employees, ensuring accuracy and resolving payroll inquiries promptly.
· Maintain and update employee HR Index files, ADP, and G-HR (HRIS) system data.
· Oversee employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, 401K), providing clear communications and supporting annual health insurance renewals and open enrollment.
· Administer Workers' Compensation claims, ensuring timely processing and compliance.
· Prepare detailed HR reports on labor costs, employee benefits, and payroll analysis, using data to assist in management decision-making.
· Collaborate with the HR team on various employee engagement and wellness initiatives, fostering a positive work environment.
· Perform other general administrative tasks as needed to support HR functions and ensure the smooth operation of HR processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources required.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
· Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is required.
· High attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive data.
· Passion for HR and employee development.
· Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.
