Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated B2B Wholesale Vendor Director fluent
in both Korean and English. This role is pivotal in leading vendor relationship management,
account management, client support, and sales coordination. The Director will spearhead
vendor acquisition and retention strategies while overseeing the identification and
management of B2B sales prospects in the competitive fashion accessories and jewelry
markets. Collaboration with our global teams will be essential to driving sustainable
business growth.


Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a vendor team of up to 40 members.
- Develop and implement strategies for vendor acquisition and retention.
- Coordinate account management and client support to balance service excellence with
sales growth.
- Identify and manage B2B sales prospects to expand vendor networks and increase
market share.
- Collaborate closely with global teams, including those based in Korea and China.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to promote professional
development.


Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience managing B2B wholesale vendor relationships,
preferably within fashion accessories, jewelry, or related industries.
- Fluency in Korean and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong leadership experience managing large teams and cross-functional global
collaboration.
- Demonstrated skills in account management, client support, and sales coordination.
- Track record of successfully developing and executing vendor acquisition and retention
strategies.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Etsy and Amazon is highly desirable.
- Experience or knowledge related to the Java software development market is a plus.
