Key Responsibilities:

  • Asset Management:

    • Oversee financial aspects of the commercial building located at New York including revenue and expense management, market trend analysis, business planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • Leasing and Operations:

    • Develop and execute leasing strategies, streamline building operations, and ensure optimal utilization of property resources.
  • Project Support:

    • Provide administrative support for the 460 Park Avenue Repositioning Project, including financial modeling, subcontractor management, and RFP review.
    • Collaborate with architects, general contractors, and project management firms to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Executive Reporting:

    • Prepare and present detailed project reports, including strategic recommendations to leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Degree in Real Estate (preferred), Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Architecture, or related fields.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum 2 years of project management experience in building remodeling or construction.
    • Experience managing properties over 300,000 square feet is a plus.
