About the job Regional Sales Representative
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region.
- Set clear sales goals and targets for the sales team.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure the team's success.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes.
- Continuously identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field, OR comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
- At least 2 years of sales experience required.
