Responsibilities:

1)Operational Leadership:

2) Standardizing Operations:

  • Create and implement SOPs for consistency and quality.
  • Develop scalable systems and processes.
  • Monitor performance and optimize operations using data-driven decisions.

3)Strategic Leadership:

  • Lead stores and internal teams to achieve business goals.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and develop high-performing teams.

4)Business Planning and Development:

  • Develop strategies to expand CJ Foodvilles market presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on business goals.

5)Marketing and Sales Management:

  • Develop strategies with the marketing team to enhance brand image.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Conduct sales meetings, generate leads, and close deals.
  • Attend trade shows and network across North America.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience.
  • Strong experience in business and franchise development.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of market analysis, financial modeling, and business planning.
  • Collaborative approach with stakeholders.
  • F&B industry experience preferred.
